Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return any unused items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. This excludes any custom-made or perishable products.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item is not a perishable good or personalised product unless it is faulty or damaged.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at Notesfromnumber5@outlook.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Notesfromnumber5@outlook.co.uk.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return postage, and you will be offered a full refund or replacement.
